Sprinkler Inspections

Your sprinkle system helps to make your lawn lush and green or helps to water your garden without you having to stand there with the hose, thus saving you time.  Why not make sure it is functional and safe to use?

What does a sprinkler inspection include?  A sprinkler inspection checks the mounting of your timer/controller, protects your drinking water be verifying a back-flow device is properly installed on your water supply line, checks for leaks in the valves and visible pipes, verifies each valve and sprinkler heads are functioning properly and verifies the electrical connections are proper to help ensure your safe.

Why hire us?  First, I am licensed by the state of Texas as a Professional Inspector.  This statement alone says that the level of knowledge is much greater than a Real Estate Inspector.  A Real Estate Inspector requires about 90 hours of training to obtain a license.  I was required to have about 360 hours.  Back in the late 70's, I was on various construction crews that installed roofing, siding, insulation, additions, electrical wiring, installed doors/windows and much more.  I have never put the hammer down since.  This is over 40 years of actually doing the job, not just studying it.  Monroe Inspections LLC.    Inspected right the first time, every time!
