Not to waste your time and getting directly to point. My goal is to establish relationships with the realtors with whom we work. We strive to be responsive to allow as much time as you need to do your work. My reports are honest and without bias. It is important to note that we take the time needed to fully inspect our clients future homes. We do not rush through our inspections. Inspected right the first time. Inspected right every time.

SERVICE AREA:

My service area is driving within 1-1/2 hours of La Porte, TX (approximately 60 to 90 miles).

RESTRICTIONS:

I will walk on roofs except where there is a possibility that damage to materials will occur or where there is a liability/safety issue.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

We will work 24/7 as long as it is within reason. If you need it now, I will show up. There may be an additional charge if well out-of-wack with normal hours of business.

REPORTING:

Since everything can be repaired or replaced there is no reason to use alarmist type statements. All reports will be delivered via email as a PDF file attachment. This saves time and reduces costs. Paper copies will result in an additional cost to cover time, ink, paper and binder.

Home inspection reports:

Home inspection reports are provided using the state REI 7-5 form. The report will usually be delivered within 24 hours after the inspection.

WDI inspection reports:

WDI inspection reports are provided using the state TDA 7-5 form. The report will usually be delivered within 24 hours after the inspection.

Mold inspection reports:

Mold inspections reports, follow a modified version of the REI 7-5 form. I send samples to the lab the same day. Within 24 hours after I receive the lab report I can provide the report to my client.
