Pre-Pour Inspections

A pre-pour inspection inspects the foundation forms and other structural components of a foundation to verify they are within specification of the engineers plans.  This inspection is a quality control feature that everyone must pay attention to.  You do not want your home built on a foundation that will cause problems in the future.

Termite Inspections

A termite inspection entails checking the exterior locations where wood destroying insects may enter your home and cause damage.  Your attic, crawl spaces, and foundations will be examined as well as your visible plumbing for evidence of infestation or damage.
